These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the ONN TV Remote iOS application (the “App”) provided by BURABICA SOFTWARE LTD (“BURABICA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. App Store terms
The App is licensed, not sold. Your use is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms supplement Apple’s terms.
2. What the App does
The App is designed to discover, pair with, and control compatible ONN television devices over the same local Wi-Fi network. Compatibility depends on model, operating system, firmware, network configuration, router settings, and the services made available by the television. The App is not a replacement for safety-critical controls or emergency equipment.
3. Local network access
You are responsible for:
- using a network you are authorised to use;
- controlling only televisions you own or have permission to control;
- keeping pairing codes private; and
- using the App without interfering with other people or devices.
4. Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules, BURABICA grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. You must not:
- use the App unlawfully or without the device owner’s permission;
- attempt unauthorised access to a device, network, account, or service;
- interfere with security or normal operation of the App or another device;
- distribute, sublicense, rent, sell, or commercially exploit the App;
- reverse engineer or modify it except where law expressly permits; or
- use the App to harass, disrupt, damage, or invade another person’s privacy.
5. Free features and Lifetime Pro
The App may provide free and premium functionality. Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks premium features offered by the App, subject to App Store availability, compatibility, these Terms, and mandatory consumer rights.
Features may evolve as we improve the App, respond to iOS or television-platform changes, or discontinue functionality that can no longer be provided safely or reliably.
6. Purchases, billing, and restoration
Apple processes all purchases. Prices and currencies come from your App Store storefront. BURABICA does not control Apple’s taxes, billing, payment methods, purchase approval, or refund decisions. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Family access is subject to Apple’s rules and availability.

7. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every present or future device, firmware, network, or iOS version.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App and Website.
9. Intellectual property and brands
The App, design, software, and original content are owned by BURABICA or its licensors. ONN TV Remote is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc., the owners of the onn brand, Google LLC, Apple Inc., or any television manufacturer. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
10. Third-party services
The App relies on Apple services and may interact with your television’s software or services. Third-party services have their own terms and may change without our control.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, or error-free performance. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BURABICA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data or profits, network or device disruption, or inability to use the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Termination
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may suspend access if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, business, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
15. Governing law
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Disputes will be handled under the applicable law by a court or resolution body that has jurisdiction.
