Quick setup

1. Turn on your ONN TV or streaming device.
2. Connect the iPhone and television to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Open ONN TV Remote and allow local-network access when iOS asks.
4. Select your television from the device list.
5. Enter the six-character pairing code shown on the television.
6. Wait for the remote screen to open.

After a successful pairing, the App securely remembers the television so you normally do not need to enter another code when reconnecting.

The App cannot find my television

1. Confirm that the television is on and awake.
2. Confirm both devices use the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Open iPhone Settings → Apps → ONN TV Remote → Local Network and enable access.
4. Temporarily disable any VPN that may block local traffic.
5. Avoid guest Wi-Fi networks, which often isolate connected devices.
6. Refresh the device list, then restart the App, TV, and router if needed.

The pairing code does not work

• Enter the code exactly as shown; it may contain letters and numbers.
• If it expired, return to the device list and begin pairing again.
• If the TV was reset, open Settings → Saved TVs, forget it, and pair again.

Never send your pairing code to support.

A remote button does not work

Commands depend on television model, firmware, and current input. Wait for the Connected state, press once instead of repeatedly, then disconnect and reconnect. Restart the App and television if the problem continues.

Restore Lifetime Pro

1. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
2. Open ONN TV Remote → Settings.
3. Select Restore Purchases and wait for confirmation.

If Apple charged you but access is not restored, contact us with the App Store transaction information. Do not send payment-card details. Refunds and billing disputes are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I try it without a television?

Yes. The App includes a demo remote so you can explore the interface without sending commands to a real television.

Compatibility

The App is designed for compatible ONN Full HD, 4K, and 4K Pro streaming devices with Google TV. Compatibility can vary by model, firmware, router, and network configuration.
